Intro:
So I'm totally trying to eat healthy and be healthy but without compromising flavor. These meatballs are definitely packed with tons of flavor and although they're not keto (breadcrumbs) they are lower in carbs. I pair them with zoodles and marinara or just eat them as is. If you're not worried about the carbs then they're perfect for a meatball sub topped with marinara and provolone. Either way, they're easy to make and can be served up anyway you prefer. Plus, they're freezer friendly if kept in a freezer safe container for up to a month. You can pop them in the oven and reheat whenever you're ready to enjoy.
