Serving Size: 2

Intro:

Salmon is both delish and healthy so we tend to make it often in our house. This is one of many variations I hope to post but honestly, this one is definitely one of the best to date. Never thought to air fry salmon before but glad I did because it delivered in flavor and texture. Also, the whole thing comes together in under 30 minutes which is a total dream come true!

Ingredients:

  • 2 Filets of Salmon about 1 1/2 inch Thick (fresh is best as frozen cook time may vary)
  • Coarse Sea Salt to Taste
  • Fresh Ground Black Pepper to Taste
  • Paprika
  • Half Stick of Unsalted Butter
  • 2 Cloves of Freshly Grated Garlic
  • Half Lemon Juiced
  • Half Tspn Fresh Dill & More to Top Cooked Salmon

Cooking Instructions:

1.) Prepare Salmon by sprinkling coarse sea salt, fresh ground black pepper and paprika to taste on both sides (this will create that crispy/flavor packed outer crust).
2.) Place Salmon in air fryer and cook at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
3.) While the Salmon cooks melt the butter in a pan.
4.) Add in garlic, lemon juice and fresh dill (this sauce is enough for multiple filets so use to taste).
5.) Once Salmon is cooked top with the lemon, garlic and dill butter and serve with your favorite veggies/sides.

Optional Instructions for Asparagus:

1.) One bunch of Asparagus topped with coarse sea salt, fresh ground black pepper and paprika to taste.
2.) Roast at 400 degrees for 15 minutes and top with 1/3 cup mozzarella for extra flavor.
