Chewy Walnut Brownies

Fact: I am through and through a lover of all things chocolate. These chocolaty Chewy Walnut Brownies are my rendition on the many different recipes I've tried over the years. So if you're a chocolate lover like me, this recipe is for you!
Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 Cup Butter Plus More to Grease the Pan
- 2 Tsp. Espresso Powder
- 1 Cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 Cup Dark Brown Sugar
- 3 Eggs (room temperature)
- 2 Tsp. Vanilla Extract
- 1 Tsp. Salt
- 1/2 Cup All Purpose Flour
- 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Dutch Process Cocoa Powder
- 1 1/2 Cup Chopped Walnuts
Baking Instructions:
1.) In a small sauce pan melt butter and add in espresso powder. Remove from heat and stir the espresso butter and set aside to cool.
2.) Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
3.) In medium size bowl combine the eggs, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla. Whisk with handheld mixer for 5 minutes until the mixture is smooth.
4.) Incorporate the butter and espresso and whisk for another 2 minutes.
5.) Sift the flour, cocoa powder and salt into a separate medium size bowl.
6.) Fold the flour mixture into the batter until fully incorporated.
7.) Mix in walnuts.
6.) Grease a 8x8 pan and line with parchment paper.
7.) Bake for 30 minutes and let cool for 10 minutes.
