Easy Overnight Oats

Intro:

This right here was initially my easy go to breakfast because of how little effort is takes and I don't have to struggle putting it together in the morning. But soon after it quickly became my go to breakfast because of how delicious and easy it is!

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup Old Fashioned Oats 
  • 1 Cup Milk of Choice 
  • 1/4 Cup Chopped Walnuts (more if you like) for Topping
  • Handful of Blueberries for Topping
  • Sliced Strawberries for Topping
  • Pinch of Cinnamon
  • Sweetener of Choice to Taste (Honey, Brown Sugar, Stevia etc.)

Preparing Instructions:

1.) Add oats and milk in a fridge safe container with lid. 
2.) Refrigerate overnight.
3.) Add cinnamon, walnuts, berries and sweetener.

*This can be topped with your fruit or nuts of choice
