Lemon Butter & Garlic Scallops

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb. Scallops
  • 1/2 Large Lemon Juiced/Squeezed
  • 4 tsp. Unsalted Butter
  • 2 Cloves Garlic (Minced)
  • Coarse Sea Salt
  • Fresh Ground Black Pepper
  • 3 tbsp. Parsley Finely Chopped 

Cooking Instructions:

1.) Dry scallops on both sides with paper towel. 
2.) Season with salt and pepper.
3.) Melt 2 tspn. of butter in a pan. Make sure the pan is hot and add in the seasoned scallops. Cook 2-3 minutes per side. 
4.) Remove scallops, in the same pan add in remaining butter and garlic. Let cook for 2 minutes and add in lemon juice and 2 tspn. parsley.
5.) Top scallops with butter mixture and remaining parsley.
