Sweet Crepes w/ Nutella Whipped Cream

Intro:

This is my version of easy blender crepes and so far any of my family and friends who've tried any have loved them!

Ingredients:

Crepes 

  • 1 Cup Flour
  • 1 1/3 Cup Milk
  • 3 tsp. Butter Melted
  • 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
  • 3 tbsp. Sugar 
  • 4 Eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. Salt

Nutella Whipped Cream

  • 2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 3 tbsp. Nutella

Cooking Instructions:

Nutella Whipped Cream

1.) Add heavy whipping cream and nutella to a medium size mixing bowl.
2.) Use a handheld mixer on medium speed and whisk the mixture until soft peaks begin to form (around 5 minutes give or take depending on mixer). 
3.) Refrigerate for 15 minutes.

Crepes

1.) Add eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, salt and butter to blender and blend for 30 seconds.
2.) Add in flour and blend for 2 minutes until flour is fully incorporated into the mixture with no lumps.
3.) Heat a medium size pan (I used a nonstick Tfal 6in.) or a crepe pan over medium heat. 
4.) Lightly grease the pan with butter or oil (I did not have to do this with the tfal and the crepes did not stick).
5.) Use a ladle or a 1/4 cup measuring cup to pour the batter into the pan. Tilt and swirl the pan so the batter is evenly distributed and covering the bottom of the pan.
6.) Cook the crepe for 1 to 2 minutes a side.
7.) Fill with nutella whipped cream and top with strawberries or fruit of choice.
