Chicken Crunchwrap Supreme

Intro:

Cause if Taco Tuesday is a thing then why not have Crunchwrap Thursdays?

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb Ground Chicken
  • 1/4 Onion Diced
  • 1 Tbsp. Garlic Paste
  • 3/4 Cup Water
  • 1/2 Cup Chopped Cilantro
  • 1 Packet Taco Seasoning
  • 1/4 Cup Neutral Cooking Oil
  • 10 Burrito Size Tortillas (5 cut out in size of tostada shells and 5 as is) 
  • Shredded Lettuce
  • Pico de Gallo
  • Sour Cream
  • Mexican Blend Cheese
  • Nacho Cheese or Queso of Choice 
  • Tostadas (5)

1.) Heat oil in pan and cook onions until translucent. 
2.) Add in garlic paste and sauté until garlic becomes fragrant.
3.) Add in chicken and sauté for 3 minutes and add in taco seasoning and water. Cook on medium low heat for 20 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked and top with chopped cilantro. 
4.) Place your burrito size tortilla on a clean surface and assemble Crunchwrap in the following order...
     1/4 cup chicken -> 2 tbpn. queso -> tostada -> sour cream -> pico -> lettuce -> cheese blend
 And then top with the tostada size tortilla cut out and fold the sides of the full size tortilla in.
5.) Add to a hot and oiled skillet fold side down and toast for 2 minutes on each side. 

*Cut in half or enjoy as is
*Can use hot sauces or dip in salsa for an extra kick after fully assembled
