Seasoned Potato Wedges

Seasoned Potato Wedges

Intro:

Crispy potato wedges that are easy to make and on the "healthier" side as they're air fried. 

Ingredients:

  • 3 Large Russet Potatoes
  • 1/2 Tsp. Paprika
  • 1/4 Tsp. Salt (add more after cooking if need be)
  • 1/2 Tsp. Onion Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp. Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 Tsp. Fresh Ground Black Pepper
  • 2 Tbsp.  Olive Oil

1.) Cut your potatoes into wedges and toss with all ingredients until coated.
2.) Using and Air Fryer cook at 400 degrees F for 18 minutes. 
3.) Enjoy with ranch, ketchup or sauce of choice!
