Spiced Omelette

Intro:
Not your traditional American omelette but definitely your traditional Pakistani style omelette.
Ingredients:
- 6 Large Eggs
- 1/4 Red Onion Diced
- 1 Bunch Green Onions Finely Chopped
- 1/2 Jalapeno Finely Chopped
- 1/2 Tsp. Black Pepper
- 1/2 Tsp. Salt
- 1/2 Tsp. Red Chili Powder
- 3 Tbsp. Neutral Cooking Oil (I used avocado oil)
- Avocado (optional)
1.) Crack your eggs into a medium size mixing bowl and whisk thoroughly.
2.) To the same bowl add in your remaining ingredients and whisk again until everything is fully incorporated.
3.) Heat up a pan with cooking oil (enough to where the omelette won't stick and will be easy to flip).
4.) Add your omelette mixture to pan, cook for 2 minutes, flip and cook for another until eggs are thoroughly cooked.
5.) I topped mine with avocado which is optional and seasoned my avocado with black pepper and salt.
*Enjoy as is or with toast
