Mozzarella Stuffed Meatballs

Ingredients:
- 1 lb. Ground Beef
- 1/4 Onion Minced
- 1/3 Cup Garlic Herb Bread Crumbs
- 1/3Cup Parmesan
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1.5 tsp. Onion Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Paprika
- 1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
- 1 tsp. Italian Seasoning
- 1/4 Cup Finely Chopped Parsley
- Mozzarella Pearls
- 2 Tbpn. Cooking Oil
Baking Instructions:
1.) Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
2.) Add all ingredients into a large bowl and mix.
3.) Use a small cookie scoop or a tablespoon and form meatballs (about 1.5 inch in size) and stuff mozzarella pearls (1 or 2 depending on personal choice and size of meatball) in center.
4.) In an oven safe skillet heat up oil and brown the meatballs (around 8 minutes).
5.) Place skillet in oven and finish meatballs by baking for around 12 minutes until they are thoroughly cooked.
6.) Enjoy over pasta and sauce of choice.
*Top with additional cheese and parsley extra flavor
*Use a good quality Parmesan for optimal texture and flavor
